Hello Readers!

The fourth centre is called the Anahata Chakra, meaning the Heart. This 12 petalled centre is placed behind the Sternum Bone in the spinal cord. This centre corresponds to the Cardiac Plexus, which produces the antibodies until the age of twelve. These antibodies are then get circulated in our system which helps us to fight any kind of attack on the body or mind. When there is either emotional or physical attack on us, the sternum starts vibrating, which further activates our antibodies. After activation, they get spread in our body.

The Anahat chakra is represented by Pink colour. It is aligned with the essential element of Air.

The Weapons in Mother’s Hand Symbolizes following:-

*The Conch(Shankh) symbolizes Happiness.

*The Tomahawk(Farsa) symbolizes No Fear of consequences when fighting the evil.

*The Bow & Arrow symbolizes Character.

*The Mace(Gada) symbolizes Loyalty & Love.

*The Lotus symbolizes Detachment.

*The Discuss(Sudarshan Chakra) symbolizes Righteousness

*The Lion and Trident symbolize Courage.

*The Sward symbolizes Sharpness of Intellect to use the sense of discrimination to overcome negativity.

*Mother blesses Forgiveness with Her Hand.

Goddess Jagdamba(Durga) represents Goddess Parvati without Lord Shiva. She presides over the centre portion of the heart(centre cardiac plexus). She is known as the Mother of the Universe because of Her nurturing and protective qualities.

The powers of Mother resides in our heart (heart chakra). Mother blesses us with a sense of security because of this we feel safe, Till the age of 12 years, Sternum Bone creates Antibodies to fight any invasion in it whether emotional, mental or physical. The Antibodies are the Soldiers(Ganas) of Mother Jagdamba. After 12 years of age, these Soldiers get distributed throughout our body. Whenever any foreign body enters our body sternum starts shaking and conveys the message through nerves, arteries, veins etc to the Antibodies that they all should fight.

All the Ganas express the powers of Mother in our body. These Ganas provide us with all the comfort, they protect us, they give us sound sleep, they give us energy etc. Ganas are on their duty 24X7, they are extremely dedicated towards Mother and are always in Her contact. As She is the Mother of the Universe, we can imagine how busy She gets in looking after the universe.

If our Anahata Chakra gets weak, Ganas in our body also get weak and due to their weakness they are not able to use their powers. Because of this we easily get infected by any virus(even coronavirus).

It is impossible to understand Mother’s Love. Mother Jagdamba’s power work to destroy all types of negativity.

When our Anahata Chakra is activated, we are free from all types of confusion & fear. We become Lion-Hearted. Once Mother Jagdamba gets pleased with us, we need not to fear from anything in the world.

Mother Jagdamba is the Generator of Power.

As a mother keeps her child for 9 months in her womb, in the same way, Mother Jagdamba came 9 times on this earth to protect Her children.

1. Goddess Shaila Putri

Goddess Shaila-Putri–‘daughter of the mountain’ (also called Parvati, Hemavati, Giri-Nandini) rides on Nandi, Lord Shiva’s bull has two hands bearing a Trident and a Lotus, with the crescent moon on the forehead. She is the Adi Shakti, the Primordial Power of Nature and Creation symbolised by the Ghata-Sthapana, embodying the powers of Brahma, Viṣhṇu and Shiva.

2. Goddess Brahma Charini

Brahma-Charini wears White clothes and holds a Rosary and a Water-Pot in Her two hands. This is the aspect of Goddess Parvati who undertook severe penances to win the love of Lord Shiva and represents spiritual seeking and devotion to the highest knowledge. She is the Primordial Kuṇḍalini, embodying all innocence, auspiciousness and purity

3. Goddess Chandra Ghanta

Chandra-Ghanta is a fierce form of Goddess Jagdamba also known as Chandi –‘fired-up’ and Chamuṇḍa –‘Destroyer of Chanda and Munda’ always ready to destroy demonic forces troubling Her devotees. She rides a tiger and has ten arms holding trident, mace, bow, arrows, sword, lotus, waterpot and Abhaya -’giving fearlessness’ with both hands. She bestows courage and removes mental and physical suffering.

4. Goddess Kushmanda

Kushmanda is Ashtabhuja –‘eight armed’ holding discus, mace, bow, rosary, lotus, water-pot and a jar of Amṛut –‘nectar of immortality’. She rides a tiger and is the Creative Power of the Sun. Her worship bestows spiritual power and energy to devotees.

5. Goddess Skanda Mata

The demon Tarakasura, who had over-run the heaven of the Devas — ‘Gods’, had a boon that he could only be killed by a son of Lord Shiva who was unmarried. So the Devas conspired to marry Him to Goddess Parvati. The six-headed boy Karttikeya (Skanda) was duly born who led the army of the Gods and destroyed Tarakasura. Goddess Skanda-Mata has four arms and rides a lion. Her worship, which purifies the heart and gives liberation from material attachments, is also pleasing to Shri Karttikeya who leads all the Divine forces against evildoers.

6. Goddess Katyayani

Katyayani was created from the combined energy of the Devas — ‘Gods’ who each donated their special powers and weapons to help Her destroy the demonic forces. Her beauty captivated Mahiṣhasura but She told him She would only marry one who defeated Her in battle. In the ensuing fight Mahiṣḥasura, the chief and most powerful of the demons was finally slain. She is the great remover of ego and demonic tendencies in Her devotees. She rides a lion and is sometimes depicted with eighteen arms and three eyes.

7. Goddess Kalaratri

The Dark Night is the state of emptiness where all passions, thoughts and desires are extinguished. One of the fiercest forms of Goddess Jagdamba, Goddess Kalaratri (Kala–‘dark, black, time, destruction’, Ratri –‘night’) confers auspiciousness, bliss and protection for devotees.

8. Goddess Mahagauri

Mahagauri is the aspect representing the Ardha Bindu Chakra ‘Crescent Moon’ (first chakra above Sahastrara) where we experience the Nirvikalpa — ‘doubtless’ state of meditation being immersed the blissful nature of the Goddess. She has four hands holding a trident indicating Her mastery over the three guṇas, a drum which, as the heartbeat, shows Her control over life and existence, and giving fearlessness and blessings. Goddess Parvati became Mahagauri –‘very fair’ when She shed Her dark skin which took the form of Goddess Kaushiki to destroy Shumbha and Nishumbha. She takes us into that realm where we leave behind all worldly troubles.

9. Goddess Siddhidatri

At Bindu –‘ Dot’ (second chakra above Sahastrara) the Goddess bestows on us the attainment of our goal of Kaivalya — ‘absolute one-ness with the Divine’. This is the completion of our seeking and we become instruments channelling Divine Love, Peace and Joy onto this Earth. Goddess Siddhidatri (Siddhi –‘success, fulfilment, Self-realisation, Yogic powers’, datri–‘giver’) has four hands, holding a mace, discus, conch and lotus (like Lord Viṣhṇu) and is seated on a lotus. As well as giving the Ashta-Siddhi — eight powers’ and Nava-Nidhi — ‘nine treasures’, Her influence is healing and nourishing to all our four bodies, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
